I feel that you have a very engaging and innovative teaching style. Instead of teaching the subject in a traditional way, you try to think from the students’ perspective and explain the subject in such a way that is enjoyable and easy to understand. Sir's initiative to upload Engineering Graphics (EG) lectures on YouTube was immensely helpful for me and many other students during the lockdown. His video lectures clarified the difficult and practical aspects of the subject that we wouldn't have grasped otherwise.
Swaratrang involves extensive managerial activities such as planning, budgeting, documentation, printing, marketing, auditions, and maintaining discipline. Sir leads all these efforts, providing us students with the freedom to excel in our respective arts.
As the Cultural Secretary during Swaratrang 2023, I had the opportunity to learn these managerial activities and develop on-the-spot problem-solving skills under his guidance. This experience also enhanced my artistic skills, which proved invaluable in my campus placement interviews and in securing music production and composition gigs.
The PCCOE Art Circle participates in various competitions like Purushottam and Firodiya Karandak, which demand significant effort from students and support from the college. Sir was always there to motivate and guide us. Whenever we needed additional resources or practice permissions, he swiftly removed any obstacles in our path.
