I am Dr. Prakash V. Sontakke, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Nigdi, Pune, with a dedicated tenure of over a decade.

I completed my Ph.D. in the field of Automotive Cyber Security under the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication at the Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering Research Centre. My research was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nilkanth B. Chopade, Deputy Director, PCCOE Pune. 

With over 16 years of experience spanning both the education and industry sectors,  I hold an M.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication (Electronics and Instrumentation) from the College of Engineering Pune (COEP) in the year 2013. I graduated in 2005 from Shree Tuljabhavani College of Engineering, Tuljapur, affiliated with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.

My area of research interests are Computer Networks & Security (CNS),  Internet of Things (IoT) and Automotive Cyber Security.
