Downtown Portland: University Pointe at College Station

I live in a 4 bed-2 bath apartment at University Pointe At College Station, right near PSU. University Pointe At College Station houses PSU students, PCC students, and non-students. The rent is $730 a month with wifi and water included. Utilities are never more than $40 a month, but are often less. University Pointe is a very safe place in terms of more affordable-ish housing. I am going to be adopting a dog this summer, and I unfortunately cannot accept any roommates with cats. (Having multiple animals here is super crowded for the space we have.) I am looking for someone that is queer/non-binary/trans friendly. You will be living with a Music and Sonic Arts student in their early 30's.
