Every 30 minutes, please stretch your body: roll your neck, reach up with your arms, walk around the room. This means you should take your first stretching break at 9:00.
This will keep your body healthy so you can keep using the computer without getting hurt!
HOW THIS CLASS WORKS
In this class, we will work independently (=alone) and together as a whole class. You can work at your own pace. This means you decide how much time you need to complete the work.
We are going to use the computer to introduce ourselves. We are going to use Padlet, which is where we can share writing and images. Create your own introductions. Click the circle with the plus sign in the bottom right corner to start a post. Answer these questions: What is your name? What level are you in? Where are you from? What language do you speak? What do you want to practice in this class? Write at least five sentences about yourself. Then, search for an image that goes with what you wrote. Everyone will share what they wrote.

There are two videos to watch. There are four exercises to complete. Watch the videos first. Make the video big. Pause the video to take notes about ideas that you want to remember. Go back and watch the video again if you didn't understand it the first time. When one video is finished, stop and then hit the Esc button to make it small again. Watch the second video.
