Here are some questions upon which to reflect:
- If you didn't know the year of your birth, what age would you say you are? How would you know your age or the generation of which you are a part?
- When you think about your sense of self (both how you feel inside and how you present yourself to the world), how important is your current age and life-course stage? How important is your ethnicity and cultural background? How important is your class or educational level? What about your gender identity? Your religious beliefs? Your political commitments? How do these different facets combine and intersect, shaping who you are and how you live your life?
- What do you appreciate the most about the age you are or life-course stage you are in right now?
- If you could know one thing about your future older self, what would you want to know?
