Let your creativity go wild! Your Big Idea Papers represent the technical and comprehensive work for your project.
Your Big Idea "Show & Tell" is your opportunity to share the essence of your idea with your colleagues. While the format is up to you, the essential criteria are these:
- Clearly communicates the issue your Big Idea addresses.
- Demonstrates at least one proposed solution and it's level within the biopsychosocial approach or social-ecological model.
- Can be shared with your colleagues. Here are some ideas but feel free to be creative!
- if you create a physical model of some sort, you could share a short video tour of the model or take a photo;
- a brochure that can be digitally shared as a pdf file... you get the picture.
- the format can be a powerpoint (just one slide); one page document or pdf; photo/collage, video (under three minutes); or if you have another idea, contact me!
- Name your Show & Tell like this: First and Last Name- Short Title (For example: Debra Lippoldt Food For All ) and save it to your desktop for easy access.
- Draft a short paragraph that gives an overview of your Big Idea. You will find that useful to record your overview comment when your file is uploaded.
- Be curious and explore! It's okay to make mistakes and it is easy to delete something you don't like- so just experiment and have fun with it!
