The new mascot's name is Douglas Fur. It looks like Bigfoot. Bigfoot is a large creature. It looks like a person, but it has hair on its whole body. Some people think it lives in the forests of Oregon, Washington, and Canada. It's a legend. It's probably not real.

The new mascot wears a plaid shirt like a hipster. A hipster is usually a young person. They like to be different than other people.

The name of the mascot rhymes with the name of an Oregon tree. Douglas Fur sounds like Douglas fir.
