Aspire Living & Learning is a private, non-profit human service and educational organization, with a multi-state footprint. In addition to the provision of adult services, Aspire has more than 20 years of experience providing a variety of public school-based and private school programming for children and adolescents with a variety of learning and behavioral needs. We take a whole-child approach when designing individual programs to ensure academic and social behavioral success in the school environment and beyond.

The Aspire Living & Learning Academy (ALL Academy) is a recognized and approved Private Special Education School with locations in Stamford, Stratford, and Naugatuck. The school serves students in kindergarten through 12th grade with a variety of disabilities, including autism, emotional disability, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities. ALL Academy's philosophy is steeped in trauma-informed Applied Behavior Analysis and uses a data-based decision-making model to design, analyze, implement, and evaluate all student programming to ensure student success.

Internship activities include psychoeducational assessment and presentation of results, development, and implementation of evidenced-based interventions, at the individual, classroom, and system level, consultation and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams including families, and supporting staff members with the implementation of mental health supports (trauma-informed). Interns should have a strong background in data-based decision-making, behavioral analysis, and trauma-focused interventions.
