My name is Kathryn Clark, and I am so excited to be your Agriculture teacher this year!
I graduated from Missouri State University, in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Education and have a Masters in Educational Leadership from Southeast Missouri State University. I've been teaching for 10 years , and this will be starting year 8 of teaching agriculture at PBHS. I'm currently continuing my education by taking graduate agriculture classes though Mizzou. I love incorporating technology into my lessons, because it can be such a valuable tool. I hope to challenge my students to think outside the box and apply what they are learning using it.
A bit about my personal life - I am proud to say I am a PBHS graduate. I am married to my awesome husband Alex and we have two boys name Luke and Max. My boys will be starting PB public schools for first time this year. My boys help inspire some of the projects we will complete in this class. My family are row crop farmers south of town raising rice, soybeans, and sweet corn. I love to be outdoors! I enjoy gardening, photography, hiking, going to the river, traveling, and going on adventures with my boys.
Beyond that, I'm a passionate, motivated, and a loving teacher, here for all of you during these tough times. I can't wait to get to know each and every one of you.
