CAP NCOs are qualified to perform any role within the organization, including serving as pilots, provided they meet the necessary qualifications, with the exception of holding command positions. These NCOs serve as the professional trainers, technicians, managers, planners, superintendents, and leaders, driving the successful completion of CAP missions.
NCOs are regarded as the backbone of the military by senior leadership, the dedicated men and women of the CAP NCO Corps provide the essential foundation upon which the organization's success is built.
