MORE THAN A COMPANY. A STANDARD.
paving unlimited llc wasn't built around a logo, a truck, or even a website.
it started with people who knew how to work.
"long before there was a company, there was just my father, and asphalt. learning the importance of showing up, doing the work, and taking pride in what he produced with his hands. over time (30 years), that experience turned into something bigger. Paving unlimited llc."
- Obby Garcia
The people behind the work
From asphalt and sealcoating to concrete, masonry, pavers, and hardscapes, we bring specialized experience together to handle projects with the attention they deserve.
we're not trying to be the biggest contractor in charlotte. we're focused on building a company people can trust.

"when our name is attached to a project, we're proud to stand behind it. that's why we value honest communication, clean work, attention to detail, and treating people's properties with respect."

OBBY GARCIA - OWNER
"we're building this company the old fashioned way; one project. one customer. one reputation at a time. our reputation matters because we're not some distant corporation."
WHY WE STARTED
we started paving unlimited with a simple belief;
property owners deserve quality work without having to deal with unnecessary complications.
we saw an opportunity to bring a more personal approach to exterior construction and property improvements.
no unnecessary layers.
no disappearing after the check is signed.
no rushing through a project just to get to the next one.
just. straighforward communication, experienced workanship, and a commitment to doing the job correctly.
our approach
preparation matters.
one of the biggest lessons we've learned through experience is that what happens beneath the finished surface matters.
a beautiful driveway doesn't mean much if the preparation wasn't done correctly.
a fresh layer of sealcoat doesn't solve underlying problems.
a new patio won't last if the foundation isn't prepared correctly.
that's why we don't believe in shortcuts.
proper preparations. quality materials. experienced workmanship. that's the foundation of what we do.
craftsmanship over speed
we're not interested in being the company who finishes the fastest.
we're interested in being the company whose work still looks good years later.
every project has its own conditions, challenges, and requirements. we take the time to understand those conditions and determine what the property actually needs. its our job to tell you the best option and to get it done.
our promise
We can't promise that every project will be simple.
we can't promise that every property will have the same solution.
and we won't pretend that good construction doesn't take time.
What we can promise is that we'll approach your project with professionalism, communicate honestly, and never intentionally sacrifice quality just to move faster
became our name is on the work!
