Mec Zarbi is led by Paul Weston, a "Builder-Operator" and Digital-Industrial Architect with over 15 years of experience leading global transformations.
Paul’s career is defined by a unique intersection of disciplines: nearly a decade managing the P&L and frontline grit of multi-unit physical operations, followed by a pivot into enterprise SaaS, technical implementation, and AI strategy. Holding a degree in Sociology with a socio-linguistic focus, Paul approaches technology not just as a deployment challenge, but as a human communication challenge.
Global Agility: Operating as a true "Global Native," Paul holds a NEXUS card for frictionless cross-border execution and conducts business fluently in English, French, and Spanish.
