We absolutely loved working with Dayna! We followed her advice and our home sold for top dollar in less than a week! She stuck with us through a ridiculous home buying process, which ended with her assisting us with purchasing a 'for sale by owner' home in which she completed ALL of the work. She worked weekends and holidays and even messaged us well outside of business hours to ensure that we had the most up-to-date information possible. Even the single time she was unavailable to show us a home, another member of her team assisted us to be sure we saw the home as quickly as possible. We would absolutely use Dayna as our realtor again! She has lots of experience and works hard. We are very pleased with our experience of having a custom house built by Fralin and Waldron in the Daleville Town Center. This was a turn-key house with our input for all aspects of the construction. The house was completed on schedule and within budget. We have heard many horror stories from others of their experiences in having a new home built, but we experienced none of the hassles in working with the professionals at Fralin and Waldron and their suppliers, sub-contractors, etc. Micki helped us sell our previous home much earlier than we anticipated and needed a place to live while our new home was being built. Our realtors helped us find a very convenient temporary rent for the interim and we were able to keep tabs on the progress of the house and input our choices of the materials used in its construction. We are in our mid-seventies and determined it was time to down-size, with less upkeep, single-floor living and maintenance of the lawn, etc. Dayna and Micki guided us each step of the way and helped us in producing a home which will meet our current needs and provide us with many years of comfortable living in a very beautiful community. They especially helped us with input to increase the resale value for the future, should that become necessary.

It is with great care that I write this for the awesome service, personal care and professional advice in finding and securing just the right home for myself and my husband. If something was uncertain, Dayna made it her concern to find out quickly and make that knowledge known to us. As well, with great skill, she navigated through our wishes and desires so as not to waste time looking at inappropriate homes. When we were looking to move to the Roanoke area, a friend recommended Dayna Patrick. Dayna introduced us to the area and the neighborhoods that we might be interested in. Thanks to Dayna, our entire experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. Dayna was extremely helpful throughout this whole process including providing information prior to our visit, once we arrived during our review of the property, negotiating our various offers, and finalizing all of the necessary arrangements. She also assisted us with successful communications with the previous owner regarding furnishings that we desired to purchase as well. Professional and Dedicated
Micki and Dayna were relentless in helping us sell our property in south Roanoke! We had it on the market for more than two years with another realtor so we asked some friends for their recommendations and the Patrick Team was the top of the list. They helped us through a storm that damaged our home just prior to the sale and helped coordinate inspections, viewings, repairs, etc, etc! We sold the house within a year and came out on the plus side even though the property values had plummeted in recent years. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a highly professional and dedicated realty group!
