I earned a Masters of Social Work degree from Louisiana State University. Additionally, I have earned a post-graduate certificate in Adoption and Foster Care competency. My clinical training includes extensive work with college-age clients in individual, couple, and group therapy settings.

My therapeutic focus often explores issues affecting attachment, with the goal to help clients become grounded in a secure sense of self and enjoy secure relationships with others.

I am committed to continued education. Most recently, I have completed Internal Family System (IFS) Level 1 and Level 2 training. In 2018 I completed an Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am a member of supervision groups for EFT, IFS and was in a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) consultation group for 3 years.
