Whether you're interested in Sports, Law, Care or the Arts, there may be something here that interests you. Take a look at the videos to get an idea of what options you have post 16. Below each video you can find a link to the providers website detailing further information on courses, work experience and apprenticeships etc.
The RWA in Clifton run 2 week work experience placements during the months of June and July where you can exhibit your own work.
Burges Salmon offer Year 10 & 11 students work experience shadowing a solicitor. They also run post A level apprenticeships.
BOV offer opportunities for young people to get involved with acting and drama as well as behind the scenes jobs and roles. Y10 work experience programme runs in June and July.
Brunel care provide care opportunities in nursing homes, retirement villages, sheltered housing schemes and community care all involving various roles such as running activities, cooking, personal care etc.
Bristol Rovers community trust offer different sports qualifications which involve learning about coaching, therapy, business and management in sport.
Level 3 BTEC in sports coaching and development.
Level 2 BTEC in sport.
Parkway - Engineering, motor vehicle
Ashley Down - Independent level skills. GCSE's.
Central Bristol - Various courses including entry level.
South Bristol Skills Academy - Pre entry to Level 3. Public services, construction, plumbing etc.
