What is Ask-A-Librarian?

Ask-A-Librarian chat is a page where you can ask your school's Media Specialist, Ms. James, questions during the school day. She is a resource to you and knows how to search for a lot of information in many different places. Please don't be afraid to reach out to her--no question is a bad question!

There are only three rules for using the Ask-A-Librarian chat:

1. Be respectful. Ms. James is taking time out of the school day to help you!

2. Ask questions related to school, finding information on something you're interested in, skills, or something you're curious about!

3. If Ms. James gives you a recommendation to ask another teacher about your question, please ask them! Teachers can help.

• When you are working on a project and you need help finding information, go to the Ask-A-Librarian page!

• If you are having trouble finding information about something, your Media Specialist can help you find as much as she can on that topic you are curious about

• If you have a skill you really want to try but you do not know where to start--your library's Media Specialist can help you get started!
