A few words about me, I am a member of the attorneys at law organisation at the Cracow Bar Association. As a lawyer I have more than 20 years of experience. I practice the profession of ​attorney at law in the form of a law firm, which I have been running since 2006. For several years, I was Head of the Legal Department and Board Representative for a public company. My clients are companies and entrepreneurs and (in a certain range of matters) individuals.

As more and more people are browsing the web using smartphones for this purpose, some (longer) posts are preceded by an icon 🕕 and information regarding the time it takes to read the post.

Why me? 

My experience helps to solve current problems (procedures, contracts, investments and other projects, debt collection, litigations, reorganisations, etc.).

How do I work? For me, the most important thing is a plan and its methodical implementation. Lack of a plan is a simple way to minor or major problems. "If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail" (B. Franklin). However, some things require particularly specialized knowledge, special powers or the cooperation of many people.
