PAHS students lend service at Mulberry Square

The weather of the world and its people is inconstant, the winds of change blowing back and forth from stormy skies to parching heat to bitter cold, but there are times when the good of the world wins out and pure human kindness pierces through the ashen clouds like a beacon of light. It can show itself in the biggest acts of good or the smallest ones, but it always arises from the same source: people working to make others’ lives brighter. Recently, a group of PAHS students traveled to Mulberry Square, an elder care and rehabilitation center in Punxsutawney, and devoted their service in an effort to do just that.

The seniors had fun during the 2019 Variety Show

After weeks of hard work and dedication by many members of the 2019 senior class, it all paid off for the three nights they hosted the 2019 Variety Show. It took many people to make the Variety Show come together. After talking to Patti Fallara, the financial secretary, and Abby Gemmell, one of the three variety show directors, we get a bigger view of how much work the Variety Show is and a view on how some people felt about the end result.
