I am a 1982 graduate of Port Allegany High School. After high school I attended the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and soon transferred to Mansfield University where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education in 1987. I completed my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Gannon University and my principal's certification from Edinboro University.
I have had the opportunity to teach in the Port Allegany School District for 25 years with a remarkable faculty and staff. During that time I was fortunate to have coached Jr. High Boys' Basketball as well as Girls' J.V. Basketball along with many other elementary age sport teams. I have spent two years as the district's Assistant Principal and the past 6 years serving in my present capacity of elementary principal.
I am blessed with my family beginning with my wife Vicky, who is a special education teacher in the Port Allegany School District . We have two daughters, Kaitlyn Jones (John Jones) and Kaylee Miller (Tyce Miller) along with three beautiful granddaughters, Addilyn, Peyton, and Lilly.
