I live in Smethport with my two children, husband and our loving golden retriever. We enjoy spending time outside and dirt biking. During my spare time I enjoy working in my flower and vegetable gardens, walking, cooking, baking and reading.

I have been teaching in the Port Allegany School District for 25 years now. I have experience in grades K, 1, and 2 and also as the RTII Coordinator. I earned my bachelor's degree from Clarion University in Early Childhood/Elementary Education in 1998. I returned to school in 2001 and earned my Reading Specialist degree from Saint Bonventure's University. I have since then taken several other classes to continue my learning.
