Lamarr Womble's Bio

Lamarr Womble is the founder of Passion for Leadership. He was first inspired to become a motivational speaker after he attended a National Conference on Student Leadership (NCSL) in Orlando, Florida in 2005. He always had a knack for leadership, passion for people and was heavily involved in leadership positions during high school and college. After attending the National Conference on Student Leadership he was very motivated to pursue speaking to students with the goal of giving them perspective. He focuses primarily on helping the next generation discover their passion and channeling it into being more productive and successful leaders. The next generation can begin impacting the world right now. Our impact begins with reflection and self-discovery so we know how we want to impact the world.
