What's included

Conference registration includes coffee, snacks, lunches, plenaries, educational sessions, a wellness room, the trade show, book signings, social meets, and a book nook. Breakfast and dinner are not provided—we encourage folks to explore Lancaster's excellent restaurant scene! Registration rates

Full details:

• Full conference registration includes all educational sessions, lunches (Thursday and Friday), trade show access (including food and beverages during breaks), and on-site networking and social events.

• Discovery Pass includes access to that day’s plenary, the trade show, food and beverages during breaks, and networking and social events.

• Offerings for kids: You can add kids in Kindergarten through 8th grade to your registration through our kids program (on-site registration for this program is not available). Children under 5 can attend the conference at no cost, but cannot enroll in the kids program and must be under adult supervision at all times. A toddler and infant play space will be available for caregivers.

Scholarships & workshare

Anyone in financial need may request full financial support through Pasa upon registration. Farmers (aspiring to retiring, including farmworkers) are eligible for scholarship and workshare programs. Individuals who aren’t farmers are only eligible for the workshare program.

Scholarships are available to farmers (see above) in and outside of PA. Separately, a variety of scholarships are available to offset registration costs; some also cover meals, travel, or lodging expenses.  

Our workshare program trades your labor (volunteering before and/or during the conference) for free registration.

TO APPLY: Apply for workshare through our volunteer interest form, and apply for scholarship funding through this application, by December 15. 

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your registration by January 11, you will receive an 80% refund of your registration fee.

If you cancel your registration by January 25, you will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.

If needed, you can transfer 100% of your registration to another person if you can no longer attend. Please contact us at 814.349.9856 x700 or events@pasafarming.org for assistance. Pasa considers exceptions to the above refund policy for health-related and other emergencies. Contact us at events@pasafarming.org to discuss your circumstances.
