If your device has any of the issues below, you will need to log into the portal using portal.pasadenaisd.org (can be done from a phone) and select the "Technology Work Order" tile:
Will not power on
The keyboard doesn't work
Audio (microphone, speaker) or Camera issues
Cannot log in
Will not charge and charger isn't broken
You have internet, but the device will not connect to the WiFi
Visit the Device Service Center (1823 E. Sam Houston Pkwy) if your device:
Has a cracked screen
Has a blue screen (try to restart your computer first)
The charger is broken/damaged.
Device Center Hours are: Mondays from 8 am - 6 pm
Tuesdays from 8 am - 4 pm
Wednesdays from 8 am - 4 pm
Thursdays from 8 am - 4 pm
Fridays from 8 am - 6 pm
