Everyone MUST check into the main receptionist during school hours.
If a student must be picked up please check out the student through the attendance office after you have stopped by the main receptionist.
Please be sure to have a valid ID.
No food deliveries. Parents can bring their student lunch only. Do not bring lunches for other students.
State testing days are blacked out. Please do not pick up your student or drop off food on these days.

This is a reminder that we are almost halfway through the first semester and high school graduation is determined by semester credits. Those semester credits are credited when a student passes the semester with a 70 or higher. Each six weeks is averaged together to determine the semester average.
For example...
Student A - (Six Weeks 1 (75) + Six Weeks 2 (60) + Six Weeks 3 (85))/3 = Semester Average (73.3)
Student B - (Six Weeks 1 (75) + Six Weeks 2 (60) + Six Weeks 3 (70)/3 = Semester Average (68.3)
In this example Student A would receive credit while Student B would NOT receive semester credit.
Please remind your student to turn in all of their assignments. If they need help our teachers do have tutorials that can be found at http://tutorialtimes.pmhsmavs.com

On October 24 from 2:35 - 4:00 PM, we will have our annual Tailgate in the South Parking Lot (Band Lot). We will have games, music, and activities for all of our students. We do ask that our students bring items to help out with this awesome event to support our programs. Mr. Adams and Herff Jones will be providing hot dogs for our students. Please bring the following items:
9th Grade - 12 pack of can sodas.
10th Grade - Individually packaged assorted chips
11th Grade - Buns (Please wait to purchase/bring until, Monday, October 16th)
12th Grade - Buns (Please wait to purchase/bring until, Monday, October 16th)
Items may be dropped of in the AP office.
Attention Freshmen Parents,
This month your freshman student has been receiving information about high school courses, credits, and endorsements. This week, your student will be meeting with their counselor to confirm their courses for the 2026-2027 school year. Please take a few minutes to talk with your child about their interest.
Cell Phone Law Reminder - Please remind your student that bluetooth headphones are also included in the law. Please have these stored away. They will be taken up and we will follow the discipline continuum. Wired headphones cannot be connected to a cellular device.

Also parents today during homeroom your students were given the cap and gown preorder form. No money is required now but this allows the company to order and ship to the United States.
