Notes
If students ask questions about qualification:
If students say, “I am passing all of my classes and I have no missing assignments, so why can’t I attend the Hoopla?”
Your response: “Reports were run this morning at 7:40am; therefore, if you were not passing or you were missing assignments at that time, you were ineligible for the event.”
Action Items: What do we need from you?
No Later Than 4/7/25
Meet with your GLT (F2F or email) to decide who will monitor the Hoopla.
After meeting with your GLT, complete the Hoopla Information Request form.
Only 1 person per GLT can be a monitor.

4/10/25 at 3:30 PM
All grades must be submitted by this hard deadline.
Reminders:
Any assignment in Skyward that has no grade (blank) or has an “M” for missing will flag the student for being ineligible for the event. Blank grades will disqualify students from the incentive.
Note: If you put an “M” in Canvas and sync your grades to Skyward, the “M” will disappear in the sync process.
