Device Service Center

Please Note: During the Summer of 2020, the Pasadena ISD school board authorized the purchase of more than 20,000 devices in order to expand the student technology program from Pre-K – 12th grade. Due to a nationwide shortage of computers, we will not receive the new devices after the start of the 2020-2021 school year. Throughout the summer, Pasadena ISD technicians were able to prepare more than 10,000 existing devices for distribution. Until the new devices arrive, we are asking students to pick up a device only if they do not have daily access to a computer at home. Each campus will provide instructions regarding device distribution.

The device service center is open for device support (hardware only), device distribution, and device collection (from Seniors and students who are un-enrolling from the district.)

The center is located at the Carmen Orozco Professional Development Complex, at 1832 E Sam Houston Parkway S, Pasadena, Texas 77503

Starting on August 3, the support center will be open on these dates/times:

  • Mondays – 9:00 – 5:30

  • Tuesdays – 9:00 – 4:00

  • Wednesdays - 9:00 – 4:00

  • Thursdays - 9:00 – 5:30

  • Fridays - 9:00 – 4:00

Parents and students will stay in their vehicles and a technician will come to you.

* The days and hours above are subject to change. Please check back for updates.

ATTENTION: Some users with district-issued Windows devices are receiving a message indicating that their Windows

License will expire soon. This is a legitimate message. However, this issue will only limit non-vital functions of the computer

(such as the ability to change the computer background). The device will continue to function while displaying the error message.

If users want to clear the message, the device will need to be brought to any district Wi-Fi location (such as a school parking lot,

close to the front office.) Students may also pull their vehicle close to the front of the Device Support Center to access district Wi-Fi.

After logging into the device (while connected to the district Wi-Fi), the Windows license will renew and the message will resolve.
