George A. Thompson Intermediate School has been serving the Sagemont/Southbelt community since 1972. Thompson is a culturally and ethnically diverse campus with an expanding 7th and 8th grade population.
Thompson Intermediate strives to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing family-like learning environment that educates students with 21st century and critical thinking skills while developing the social, mental, and emotional needs of students through extracurriculars, clubs, and activities.
