Our school is situated in three different little towns and we have different courses: tourism, because we believe that our students can find a job in this field easier after their education. In our Province tourism has been increasing steadily. Large tourist flows from every part of Europe have added the advantage of allowing schools to encourage our students to have a much broader and less insular outlook which traditionally was always a problem in the west part of Sicily. Another important course is Computer Science. The students use ITC, digital devices, and software programs. Then we have two general courses Classical and Scientific Lyceum where the students study different subjects, maths, literature, geography, history, chemistry, and philosophy. Our school’s vision is that of a European school and we have always tried to organize our activities following this idea. Our mission is to become nearer the other European countries as much as possible. We have a lot of experience with Erasmus projects.
