(BPVV) is located in the northeast of Latvia in small-town Balvi with a total population of 8 thousand inhabitants, in the beautiful region Latgale which characteristic landscape is lakes and forests. Choosing to study secondary education students can choose general secondary education or general secondary education with vocational education trend in “State protection studies”.
