(Tentative) Schedule

MORNING

• Welcome / Introduction (30 minutes)

  • Introduce the session facilitators, provide an overview of the structure and objectives for the day

• Overview of the Global Task Force Guidelines for Participatory and Inclusive AI (60 minutes)

  • Review key guidelines and guardrails for inclusive, participatory stakeholder engagement

• Scenario Lightning Talks (90 minutes)

  • Select participants will give an 8-10 minute "lightning talk" outlining a scenario requiring a stakeholder engagement strategy

• Gallery Walk & Self Selection (15 minutes)

  • All workshop participants will be given the chance to individually review the different scenarios and select the one they want to work on for the rest of the day

AFTERNOON

• Working Session (2-3 hours)

  • Each group will be assigned an expert advisor from the Global Task Force to support their application of the draft Guidelines to develop their stakeholder engagement strategy

• Final "Executive Team" Pitch Session (90 minutes)

  • Each group will be given 8-10 minutes to present their strategy to a mock "executive leadership team" for organizational approach to pursue their stakeholder engagement strategy
