PSU is shifting from Google Classroom to Moodle as the Official Learning Management System of the university starting this First Semester,AY 2021-2022
Due to the present crisis and the risks of physical appearance of the applicant to work for the requirements under the original admission process, the Admission requirements for the 1st semester will be relaxed and will only require the following:
a. For board programs : Senior High School Grades and online interview
b. For non-board programs: SHS grades only
13.1.For those who have already taken the PARSUCAT and opted for board programs, (if they qualify) they will undergo online interview. Guidelines for online interviews were crafted by the respective College adopting measures that will ensure the integrity of the interview outcome.
13.2. For those who have already taken the PARSUCAT, release of results will be done through their emails, text messages and phone calls. The office of the Guidance and Admission will announce the availability of results in its GAP FB page.
13.3. The following are the admission requirements. For those availing of online enrolment/registration, scanned copies of these requirements shall be presented and to submit the original copies of which during the first month of the regular classes as scheduled.

New Student
13.4. A new student should submit the documents listed below. Forms of g.1 and g.2 must be in PDF file. All documents must be emailed to sgsr@parsu.edu.ph in one consolidated file or zipped file. The email subject should be labeled as ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (FULLNAME, Cellphone Number) e.g., ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (DELA CRUZ, Juan, 09171234567). All documents should be submitted on or before August 11, 2020 @ 11:59 PM.

Important: Original copy of the above documents should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office within the first month of regular classes.
13.5 The student shall undergo a short interview by a faculty of the Graduate School and is therefore advised to regularly check one’s email or cellphones.
13.6. The student’s documents and interview will be processed by the Office of the Dean. Results will be relayed to the Office of the Registrar.
13.7. A student who passed the admission process will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar which will encode the Certificate of Enrollment containing the student’s data, subjects enrolled, corresponding units, schedule and assessment of fees.
13.8. To complete the registration process, the student or a representative will have to visit PSU-Goa Campus, get a copy of the Certificate of Enrollment from the Office of the Registrar and pay the assessed fees at the Cashier’s Office.
New Student – Transferee
13.9. A transferee is considered a new student and shall submit all admission requirements listed under 13.4 above. Procedures under 13.5 and 13.6 shall likewise apply.
13.10. If the transferee will request for credits on subjects taken from another institution, one should submit a letter of request together with an official document to support such request. These documents should be included in the submissions listed under 13.4.
13.11. The request for credits on subjects taken from another institution will be processed during the interview.
13.12. If the student passed the admission process, the student shall proceed to enrollment through the link http://tiny.cc/parsupreenrolment/schedule. The student will choose a maximum of three (3) subjects to be taken for the semester and email the same to sgsr@parsu.edu.ph.
13.13. The student will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar which will encode the Certificate of Enrollment containing the student’s data, subjects enrolled, corresponding units, schedule and assessment of fees.
13.14. To complete the registration process, the student or a representative will have to visit PSU-Goa Campus, get a copy of the Certificate of Enrollment from the Office of the Registrar and pay the assessed fees at the Cashier’s Office.
Old Student
13.15. An old student should have completed all required signatures in the clearance form as indicated in their OSCS account.
13.16. The student shall proceed to enrollment through the link http://tiny.cc/parsupreenrolment/schedule, choose a maximum of three (3) subjects to be taken for the semester and fill up the Registration Permit (download form here).
13.17. The student should email the accomplished Registration Permit and a screenshot of the accomplished clearance to sgsr@parsu.edu.ph on or before August 14, 2020.
13.18. The student will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar which will encode the Certificate of Enrollment containing the student’s data, subjects enrolled, corresponding units, schedule and assessment of fees.
13.19. To complete the registration process, the student or a representative will have to visit PSU-Goa Campus, get a copy of the Certificate of Enrollment from the Office of the Registrar and pay the assessed fees at the Cashier’s Office.

14.3. The university is encouraging all students to avail of the online enrolment scheme. However, for those students staying in areas with no internet connectivity, they may come to the respective offices for enrolment purposes as scheduled.

15.1. General Procedure
a. Students will register using the Google Site for pre-enrollment before admission/enrollment. This if for:
Incoming first year
Old regular students (Second Year to Fifth Year)

b. An email confirmation from the College’s/Campus Dean’s or Program Director (Dean/PD) will be sent to a student-applicant informing them of their enrollment/admission status.
c. In the email, a system-generated Enrollment Tracking Number (ETN) will be sent to the student-applicant. To check, please visit ParSU Admission/Enrollment Tracking System (PAETS)
d. It is the students' responsibility to constantly check their ETNs so that they are aware and updated on their enrollment/admission requirements.
15.2. For Incoming Students (Board/Non-Board Program/s)
15.2.1. For Board Program/s, a student-applicant shall report via Zoom or any platform preferred by the accepting College/Campus for evaluation and interview. Interviews will only be conducted for students who will opt for Board Programs (e.g. Geology, Engineering, Accountancy, Education, etc.)
15.2.2. Student-applicants must accomplish the STUDENT INFORMATION SHEET (SIS) via PDF Form and send it back to the concerned Dean or Program Director for evaluation.
15.2.3. If the student successfully passes the admission procedure, the result will be posted on the student-applicant’s tracking page.
15.2.4. The Dean/PD will forward the evaluation result to the Registrar’s Office for validation. If the student fails to be admitted to the college/campus, the result will be posted on the tracking page. Only then the student-applicant can apply to other colleges/campuses.
15.2.5. The registrar will update the enrollment status to inform the student-applicant of the status of their enrollment/admission.
15.2.6. The student-applicant may apply for a maximum of two (2) board programs simultaneously. Provided that when they get accepted to one of the programs, they will immediately notify the Dean/PD of the other program where they filed their application for withdrawal. Should they fail to notify their withdrawal from the other program they applied, their acceptance to their preferred program may be invalidated.
15.3. Old Regular Students (Second Year to Fifth Year)
15.3.1. A student-applicant must duly accomplish his/her clearance using the Online Student Clearance System (OSCS) portal.
15.3.2. Once cleared, the Dean/PD will evaluate the student-applicant.
15.3.3. The result of the evaluation will be posted on the tracking page.
15.3.4. The Dean/PD will forward the result to the Registrar’s Office for validation.
15.4. Old Irregular students (All Year Levels) and Returnees
15.4.1. A student-applicant must duly accomplish their clearance using the Online Student Clearance System (OSCS) portal.
15.4.2. Once cleared, the Dean/PD will evaluate the student’s subject/s-to-take.
15.4.3. The Dean/PD updates students’ ETN for submission of the plotted class schedule (schedule is found in the Google Site, only the schedule code is to be forwarded to the Dean/PD).
15.4.4. The result of the evaluation will be posted on the tracking page.
15.4.5. The Dean/PD will forward the result to the Registrar’s Office for validation.
Special Note: To get updates on the status of enrollment, students must regularly check their ETNs. If there are deficiencies or problems encountered, students will be aware of what to produce to satisfy the requirements for the completion of their online enrollment.
15.5. Shifters
15.5.1. A student-applicant must duly accomplish his/her clearance using the Online Student Clearance System (OSCS) portal.
15.5.2. Once a student requested to shift from one program to another, the Home College will send email to the Accepting College based on the submitted entries of the student with the following: Student ID Number, Name, Present Course, Desired Course and the Reason/s for shifting, attached therewith is the result of the evaluation (Subject/s Taken) by the Dean/PD.
15.5.3. The Home Campus/College Dean/PD updates students’ ETN to inform the student that his/her application to shift was forwarded to the accepting college/campus.
15.5.4. The Accepting Campus/College will evaluate student-shifter to assess if they will accept the application.
15.5.5. If accepted, the Accepting Campus/College Dean/PD will evaluate the student’s subject/s-to-take.
15.5.6. The Accepting Campus/College Dean/PD updates students’ ETN for submission of the plotted class schedule (schedule is found in the Google Site, only the schedule code is to be forwarded to the Dean/PD).
15.5.7. The result of the evaluation will be posted on the tracking page.
15.5.8. The Dean/PD will forward the result to the Registrar’s Office for validation.

15.6. Transferees
15.6.1. The Dean/PD updates students’ ETN to require the student-applicant to submit scanned copies of necessary supporting documents via email to process his/her application, this includes Certificate of Good Moral Character, TOR/ Certificate of Grades & Units Earned.
15.6.2. Once cleared, the Dean/PD will evaluate the student-transferee to credit subject/s taken based on the submitted credentials to decide on actions necessary for his/her application. (Validation Examination, if possible, based on the Student Handbook, 2019 Revised Edition, Chapter VI- Academic Regulation under Transferees and Accreditation of Subjects, page 17)
15.6.3. The Dean/PD updates students’ ETN for submission of the plotted class schedule (schedule is found in the Google Site, only the schedule code is to be forwarded to the Dean/PD).
15.6.4. The result of the evaluation will be posted on the tracking page.
15.6.5. The Dean/PD will forward the result to the Registrar’s Office for validation.

15.7. Registration Procedure
15.7.1. The Campus\College will send the duly accomplished forms and documents to Registrar’s Office for checking.
15.7.2. If the student’s forms\documents are Okay, then it will be sent to the Registrar Staff in-charge of the student’s program. Else, the Registrar’s Office will issue a notification to the student for them their document deficiency.
15.7.3. The Registrar Staff will process the documents and register the student to the Student Information and Accounting System (SIAS). This includes encoding of the subjects to be taken, section, assessment, etc.
15.7.4. The Registrar’s Office will print a copy of the Certificate of Enrollment and an electronic copy (Scanned Copy) of the said form will be sent to the student’s email addresses
