Office Behavior & Sexual Harassment Polices / Complaint Procedures

We affirm our commitment to provide a work environment free from negativity, intimidation and harassment.​ We are a professional work area where we have the privilege of changing the lives of our clients by coming along side them to help them through some of the biggest decisions they will make. We want our offices to represent our culture and be a place where our clients, staff and agents can find team work, integrity, professionalism and a safe place to work and visit. In our effort to withhold this culture, we have new office policies. These policies are specifically for agents .

We would like to remind you that the behaviors below will NOT be permitted (this is by no means an exhaustive list but it gives an indication of the type of behavior that will not be tolerated):

• Excessive profanity
• Aggressive or abusive behavior, such as shouting or personal insults
• Any language used to discriminate against an individual on the grounds of sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, religious belief or age
• Topics of conversations including but not limited to: anything of a sexually suggestive nature, the abuse of drugs and alcohol and social and political commentary
