The team pays for all marketing for the team, including the team website, landing pages and websites that drive traffic to the team pages, just listed post cards, just sold post cards, social media advertising for listings, e-property websites and more. The agent is responsible for any personal marketing/advertising costs. All marketing and advertising done by any agents are subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Department of Professional Occupational Regulations and have to be approved by the team leader to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Any marketing done outside of team marketing and outside of branding, must also be approved by team leader.
