St Lukes Young Archie Competition aims to encourage young artists to explore portraiture, embodying the ideals of St Luke, the patron saint of artists, by celebrating the art of capturing the divine beauty, spirit, and essence of individuals through creative expression.
Entries are due by Monday the 3rd of November

Submission Process
Students in K-6 please submit to your classroom teacher.
Students in years 7-12 please submit online in the wellbeing canvas page. Go to 'Assignments' and 'St Lukes Young Archie Competition' or click the link.
Please include:
Participant's full name,
Age
Title of your work.
A brief artist statement (50-100 words)
A clear photo of your artwork (years 7-12)
Each participant can submit only one entry.
Artwork Specifications
Medium: Any traditional (pencil, paint, charcoal, painting, etc.)
Size: Maximum size A4
Orientation: Portrait or landscape.

Certificates of achievement for all winners and runners-up presented at assembly. Winners will be featured in the Net & on St Lukes Facebook page as well as being temporarily displayed in the school office.

Overall Grand Prize:
One grand prize winner selected from all age groups.
