More than a hundred thousand years ago the first modern humans left Africa and began to colonize the world. Since then, human history is also a history of migration.
Migration has always been a strong impetus towards human development these days, however migration is often seen as a problem or threat.
What exactly is migration?
What are its underlying causes?
What problems and opportunities does migration present?

TASK 5: Lion (Case Study)
When a young Indian boy called Saroo ends up trapped on an empty train he is transported 1600 kms away from home. Surviving on the streets of Kolkata he is eventually adopted by a couple in Australia.
