Natures Pallet

1 point perspective watercolor painting. 

I drew this Horse on a dirt road going in between mountains. I used water color and we blended some of the colors to make it look like the light is shining on one side 

sculpture drawing

I colored some deigns on a piece of paper and then programed it on the computer to get it to cut into shapes. I used the shapes to get printed out and then i glued the shapes to make a sculpture  in front of a broken down building

3D figure ground reversal flower

i made this project out of clay and started to cut it into a flower. We had to hide a message or letter inside the design so i decided to use the letter K to hide into the clay with a flower on stop and clouds and another flower head to get the corner of the K to pop out

Cut paper panda

I drew this project on a paper and then put chalk on the back of it to press down on a different paper and then cut the design out so i can glue the pieces on a board, this represents some bears eating bamboo and picking the bamboo

College 

i made this collage off the computer. I got some pictures off of my phone and decided to go with a bunch of cheerleading football game pictures to do as the theme and i just decorated it all

Portait drawing

i started to draw this picture of myself with multiple different shads of pencils to make it shade into different shapes of my face. 

Artist Statement 

My name is Kenzie Kroft, This is my first year in high school it is my freshman year. I do not really have a theme for my projects in my art class. I always just thought of something to do, for my cut paper I just thought of my favorite animal to do. For my clay, I just thought of something random that deals with nature and flowers. Also for my water paper design, I just did a horse on a dirt road, because it was simple and easy to paint. I created my projects with multiple different things for my clay project I got my dry clay wet enough to work with, I started cutting and putting pieces together, after that I let it dry for 24 hours and longer, after all,  I primed it with white paint and then let it dry for another 24 hours so I can start mixing my paints to make them pastel colors to work with I painted my flower a light yellow and there was a light brown in the middle.

Bosch painting 

 I made this painting of hell, this painting is a girl getting back stabbed but doesn't realize there is always a bright side of things. there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

Stack Piece mushrooms

I made this stack piece out of clay and wanted to go with some mushrooms and some random fun pieces with it.

Captain Crunch Cereal bowl

I made this bowl out of clay to eat cereal out of i picked Captain Crunch cereal bowl deigns and made the Captains hat as a spoon holder.

Squidward Vase

This is a vase but i made it squidward for fun this is made out of clay.

Big Bowl 

I made this out of clay as well, but this is a large bowl with cow prints on it
