Susie Salmon

Susie Salmon was 14 when she was Murdered on December 9th, 1973. As the days, weeks, months, and years go by Susie continues to watch her loved ones as the mourn over her death. Susie makes new friends in heaven, but they can't replace her friends on earth. Susie watches her killer cover his tracks, as he gets rid of her body and lies to the police saying he's innocent. 

Susie can't let go of the people she loves. Her heaven friends try to explain that she can't change whats already happened and that eventually she will have to move on. After many years later, Susie tells herself that her family and friends have moved on, so she needs to do so to. And she does, mostly
