Motifs

Motifs:

• Trust

• Responsibility

• Fearlessness

• Teamwork

I picked teamwork as my main motif because the prisoners had to use teamwork to dig the tunnel to escape.

Themes:

Teamwork: Teamwork makes the dream work. One person can't do everything.

Responsibility: Everyone has a responsibility/ task.

Perseverance: Nobody gives up.

Determination: All of the prisoners were determined to keep digging to escape.
