Care Coordinators

The role of the Care Coordinator is to support in-person and virtual students with social, emotional and mental health needs. Care Coordinators provide 1-1 and small group support to students, provide referrals and resources to families, and provide support and development for staff and community on issues related to the social and emotional needs of adolescents. Care Coordinators work closely with Parkway and Special School District staff, including school-based and district counselors, social workers, and community based mental health professionals.
