House Washing

• Vinyl, painted siding, brick, stucco, etc. 

• Soft-wash method that effectively kills organic growth and staining without blasting high pressure and damaging siding. 

• The primary chemical used in our cleaning solutions is 10% sodium hypochlorite, which is diluted to 0.5%-1% concentrations to ensure safe cleaning tactics. 

Driveway Cleaning

• Concrete, aggregate, asphalt, etc.

• Can also include sidewalks, walkways, and patios (brick, paver, etc). 

• This is where (some of) the pressure comes in. Depending on the surface, slightly higher pressure is applied to remove staining from grease, oil, and other substances. Chemical concentration is slightly higher with anywhere between 2%-5% final concentration depending on how heavy staining or organic growth is. 

Window Cleaning

• While we lightly softwash windows when cleaning siding, it isn't the main focus, so we offer a more direct window cleaning service that is charged by the window. 

Gutter Cleaning

• Gutter cleaning is not included in exterior soft washing and is a separate service that may be added on. It is charged by the story. 

Decks/Fences

• Similar to the same soft-washing technique used on siding, but even less pressure and generally a lower concentration of cleaning solution (0.5% SH). 

Packages

• We offer a 10% discount bundle when you combine cleaning services. It is applied to the final sum of the services put together.
