Competition is over, but concerts and volunteering to support the program continues!
The PVHS Band plays music during home football games. Typically, we play from the stands throughout the game. At some games, there may be an opportunity to perform our competition show as well during halftime or at the end of the game.
Parent chaperones are needed at events like this to provide support to the band (moving gear, for example). Concessions volunteers may also be active at home games cooking and selling food to raise funds for the band. All other friends and family simply attending a game on their own will need to purchase tickets for the games.
WHAT: Band members will attend home football games, playing music from the stands, and, eventually, performing their competition show during halftime.
LOCATION: Home games are at the PVHS stadium; away games are at their respective school stadiums.
