All about Mrs. Watts
I am so excited to be your teacher for 5th grade Science this year! We are going to dive into the study of: living organisms, plant and animal cells, the human body, and finally matter and the chemical and physical changes it undergoes. I will also be leading you through the process of the scientific method for the Science Expo. We will dedicate one class per week to working on your individual experiments.

Personally, I enjoy being active by playing tennis, wake surfing, paddle boarding, and spending time with those I love. Reading is a hobby of mine as well. I have two children who are both students at Park Maitland School. Chloe is beginning the 6th grade this year, and Dargan is a third grader. I have been a teacher at Park Maitland for 15 years in many amazing roles at various grade levels. I LOVE teaching Science and 5th Grade!
