Parkline Realty is based in Naples, FL and belongs to multiple organized real estate associations throughout Florida such as Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®) and REALTORS® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM).

As members of organized real estate associations, all of our real estate agents are Realtors® and subscribe to a strict code of ethics and have access to numerous services and programs to enhance their professionalism. Educational programs and seminars provided help them gain new skills and professional designations. Regular meetings provide opportunities for networking and making a difference in the world of real estate.

The term Realtor® identifies real estate agents who are members of the National Association of Realtors® and who have agreed to subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics.

NAPLES AREA BOARD OF REALTORS

As a primary member of NABOR® Parkline Realty utilizes NABOR®'s Web-based MLS system. This tool enables our agents to access listings from four Southwest Florida MLS providers:

  • Naples MLS
  • Bonita-Estero MLS
  • Cape Coral MLS
  • Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beaches MLS.

It also provides access to current public records information for all Florida counties.


SOUTHWEST FLORIDA MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE

REALTOR ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA AND MANATEE

As a member of RASM Parkline Realty also utilizes My Florida Regional MLS Matrix system. MFRMLS is Florida’s largest multiple listing service and one of the largest MLSs in the country. This web-based services provides us access to listings from 17 REALTOR associations and boards across Central and Southwest Florida.
