Due to the necessary data synchronisation between multiple databases, please note there is a delay between the actual attendance occurrences and their reflection on the portal. This guarantees that guardians receive the most current, accurate information.
Primary parents will see an overview of their child’s AM/PM registration for the day and also an overview for the academic year
Secondary parents will see their child's daily attendance, attendance by subject and overview for the academic year

The Attendance & Reports system simplifies reporting absences by introducing a straightforward, user-friendly process for submitting absence requests. Understanding that absences vary, the portal accommodates three distinct categories:

Switching Between Student Profiles: The Attendance & Reports system is designed to accommodate families with multiple children attending our school. To seamlessly switch between your children's profiles, simply click on the student name or icon located in the top right corner of the portal interface. A dropdown menu will display all your linked children, allowing you to select the relevant student profile you wish to view. This feature ensures that you have easy access to each of your children’s educational information, all in one place, without the need to log in separately for each child.
