Every October Park Hill DECA attends the Missouri DECA Fall Leadership Conference. Students have the opportunity to elect local student leaders for DECA while at the conference. All students get to choose a path of workshops and sessions to advance their career studies and DECA opportunities. Students will have the opportunity to hear from a keynote speaker and network with hundreds of Missouri DECA students.

DECA has the ultimate power trip waiting for you with dynamic general sessions, a day full of learning and leadership labs, powerful presentations by professionals, and all the favorites of a leadership conference.
Every February Missouri DECA kicks of the season of competitive events and career development conferences. Park Hill DECA will attend the Missouri DECA District #1 Career Development Conference at UMKC Bloch School on February 12, 2026. At this conference students will compete against other students in Northwest Missouri in hopes of qualifying for the State Career Development Conference in March.
Park Hill DECA will be staying at Crown Center and participating in the Missouri State Career Development Conference in Mid-March. At the conference students will network with over 2,000 other student peers and industry professionals. In addition, students will compete in their events in hopes of qualifying for the International Career Development Conference held in Atlanta in April of 2026.
Park Hill DECA will end the school year in Atlanta at the International Career Development Conference. While at the conference students will share experiences, develop knowledge and skills for the professional world. The opportunity to network at a conference with nearly 25,000 participants is second to none. This is a great way to end the school year for so many students!
In October of 2023, Park Hill DECA students were able to attend the Missouri State Leadership Conference at the Lake of the Ozarks. At the conference, Gabby Timmer was elected at the Missouri District #1 Vice President. Missouri DECA was thrilled to be able to host another conference and students and advisors made great use of their time at this leadership conference.
In February of 2025 Park Hill DECA attended the District # 1 Career Development Conference at UMKC Bloch School. There were 36 Park Hill Trojans at the conference and 28 of them qualified for the State Career Development Conference. Amazing showing for Park Hill.
In March of 2025 Park Hill DECA had 23 students attend and compete at the State Career Development Conference at Crown Center. The Trojans had an amazing experience with 6 students appearing on stage as State Finalist and/or ICDC Qualifiers. Two the students were State Champions in their event. What a great year at State CDC for Park Hill DECA!
The school year ended in Atlanta last April. Park Hill DECA gathered with nearly 26,000 other DECA students, advisors, corporate sponsors and professionals. It was an amazing conference and great to be back together after a two year hiatus with the pandemic. As always, DECA put on an amazing conference and students had an unbelievable experience. All students were recognized with "Awards of Excellence" which means they finished in the top 30 percentile of their events. Amazing accomplishments for the students!
