Park Hill DECA
DECA is an organization of marketing students. Our mission is to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management. The four components of the organization's Comprehensive Learning Program are that DECA integrates into classroom instruction, applies learning, connects to business, and promotes competition. DECA prepares the next generation to be academically prepared, community-oriented, professionally responsible, experienced leaders.
At Park Hill High School we engage students to get involved in preparing for their careers. Participation in the Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) of DECA students interested in marketing and business related careers will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in this world in order to get a jump start in their chosen career fields.

Park Hill DECA has consistently been one of the top DECA chapters in Missouri. When it comes to involvement, leadership, competitive excellence and professional development Park Hill DECA is second to none in Missouri. We are proud of all of our DECA members for their participation, success and leadership in their time at Park Hill and as they move into college and careers in their fields.
Excellence in Leadership
Since 2004, Park Hill DECA has had 14 student chosen to serve as Leadership Delegates. In that time Park Hill DECA has had 4 students elected as District Vice President and 5 students elected to the State Action Team, including Isabel Tott serving as Missouri DECA Vice President of Community Service in the 2024-2025 school year.
Excellence in Competition
Since 2004, Park Hill DECA has had 28 students as Missouri DECA State Champions in their event. In addition, Park Hill DECA has had 6 students as International Career Development Conference Finalist and 5 of those finished in the Top 10.
PH DECA Hall of Fame
Since 2004, Park Hill DECA has had 144 students earn their way into the Park Hill DECA Hall of Fame, by qualifying and participating in the International Career Development Conference.
