Halloween Parades are Coming!
Get ready for some Halloween fun! Our annual Little Blessings Halloween parades will take place on Wednesday, October 28th, and Thursday, October 29th, starting promptly at 9:15 AM. Children will parade through the downstairs commons area and fellowship hall, and families are invited to line up along the parade route on the lower level to cheer on our little ghosts, goblins, and superheroes!
Classroom teachers will share more information about classroom parties, so keep an eye out for details from your child’s teacher. And don’t forget…we’ll also be hosting a teacher costume contest! Our teachers can get pretty competitive, so you won’t want to miss seeing what they come up with! 😉👻
We can’t wait for a morning full of costumes, smiles, and Halloween fun!
Join us for PUMC’s annual Community Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 25, from 2:00–3:00 PM! We’re expecting hundreds of children and families for an afternoon full of candy, creative trunks, and Halloween fun!
We need candy donations and volunteers to decorate trunks and hand out treats. Candy can be dropped off in the donation box by the Children’s Playhouse or in the office.
Sign up to volunteer here! Bring your family, invite your neighbors, and help us make this a spooktacular community event! For more information, contact Noelle, noelle@parkerumc.org.
Let the PUMC Youth Group help you spread some Halloween cheer! For just $25, we’ll create a fun Halloween surprise and deliver it right to the door of someone special.
Choose from a Kid Boo filled with candy and spooky fun, an Adult Boo with goodies and a coffee gift card, or a Dog Boo packed with toys, treats, and a festive bandana!
Who will you BOO? A friend, neighbor, coworker, kiddo, or favorite pup? Every order supports our PUMC Youth Group!
Order your BOO here! Questions? Contact Noelle.
Give a BOO. Spread some joy. Support our youth!
Mark your calendars for November 19th & 20th! Little Blessings will be CLOSED as families meet with teachers for conferences. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher, hear about all the exciting things they’re learning, celebrate their growth and accomplishments, and learn more about their daily experiences at school. There will be time to talk about your child’s strengths, progress, and any questions you may have!
Keep an eye out for a sign-up from your child’s teacher so you can choose a time that works best for your family. We love partnering with you as your little ones learn and grow, and we look forward to connecting with you!
As temperatures drop, please remember to send your child with a warm coat for outdoor playground time! We go outside everyday the tempature is 25 degrees or above!
Little Blessings follows Douglas County School District (DCSD) weather closures and delays. All weather-related closure and delay announcements will be shared via email, the Procare app, and our website.
On delayed-start days, all classes will begin at 10:30 AM, and there will be NO before care. Please plan accordingly!
Stay warm and safe, Little Blessings families!
