Read-a-Thon & Book Fair!
REACH FOR THE STARS!! READ-A-THON
September 18–October 1
This pledge-based fundraiser will pair with our upcoming BOOK FAIR and will benefit BOTH OUR SCHOOL AND YOUR STUDENTS!
Your students will love cuddling up to read with mom, dad, siblings, grandparents, etc., and they can TAKE HOME PRIZES, TOO! Win-win!
MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Get ready to shop the BOOK FAIR, OCTOBER 6–8 — with or without a book voucher from pledges collected!
We’re excited to welcome the Colorado Kidsight Program to Little Blessings for FREE vision screenings on October 5th & 6th!
These quick and easy screenings are a great way to check those little eyes and help make sure our kiddos are seeing their very best as they learn and grow.
If you would like to have your child's vision tested, please return permission forms no later than Wednesday, September 30th.
We would LOVE for our Little Blessings families to join us for a Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) MobilePack October 2nd & 3rd!
FMSC is a Christian nonprofit that brings communities together to hand-pack nutritious meals for children around the world who are facing hunger. It’s a hands-on, meaningful experience—and honestly, a whole lot of fun for the entire family!
Children ages 5 and up can participate in packing, and childcare will be available for children under 5 so parents can volunteer too! FMSC packing events are designed to be family-friendly and give everyone a chance to make a difference.
We’d love to see lots of our Little Blessings families there as we turn hunger into hope, one meal at a time!

A quick reminder to please be respectful of our designated parking spaces during drop-off and pick-up.
Reserved Parking: Several spots in the preschool parking lot were purchased at last year’s auction and are reserved for those families. Please do not park in these spaces. Be sure to share this information with anyone who may drop off or pick up your child, including nannies, grandparents, and other caregivers.
West Side Handicap Parking: Please do not park in the 2 handicap spaces north of the entrance. The handicap spaces south of the entrance are available for morning drop-off.
East Side Handicap Parking: These spaces must remain available for individuals with a valid handicap parking permit.
Thank you for helping us keep our parking areas safe, accessible, and respectful for everyone!
Fall Break is coming up October 12–16, and we know the schedule can be a little confusing! Here’s an easy breakdown:
Traditional Preschool Families
If your child attends our Traditional Preschool Program, there will be NO SCHOOL Monday, October 12 through Friday, October 16.
Full-Time Care Families
If your child is enrolled in Full-Time Care (7+ hours per day), your child can attend Fall Break Camp Monday, October 12 through Wednesday, October 14.
Quick reminder:
Full-Time Care → Fall Break Camp: Oct. 12–14
Traditional Preschool → No School: Oct. 12–16
We hope this helps make the Fall Break schedule a little easier to understand!
Join us for laughter, conversation, and connection! Come as you are—bring your kids or come on your own. All moms are welcome, whether your children are babies, teens, or grown!
We meet every Wednesday when school is in session at Deju Brew, 11881 South Parker Rd #3, Parker, CO 80134, from 9:30–11:00 a.m.
For more information, email Noelle, our Director of Children and Families at PUMC, at noelle@pakerumc.org. We’d love to see you there!
