Scope and Sequence:

Observe and apply practice:

Students will scroll horizontally and vertically in a program

Students will identify and use monitor/desktop and headphones

Students will be able to correctly close a program ie: red x, Command/Q, File/Quit/Program

Students will use the correct fingers for spacebar and enter keys

Introduce and learn proper body posture - locate image or poster for example & model

Students will keep both hands on keyboard with proper home row placement

Students will learn home keys

Students will use correct fingers for shift and tab

Use point and click, drag and drop features and recognize mouse icons (finger or cursor)
