Dr. Tokeya C. Graham (she/her) is a multi-award-winning educator, writer, artist, entrepreneur, and community steward whose work centers racial equity, literacy, healing, and collective care. A Rochester, New York native, she is deeply committed to creating access and amplifying voices historically pushed to the margins through education, storytelling, and cultural expression.

Dr. Graham is the founder and CEO of Soulstainable Living LLC, an education, equity, and leadership consulting firm committed to cultural transformation and collective wellness. Under this umbrella, she leads The Black Healing Project, a culturally grounded ecosystem of healing through creative and community-centered practices, and Blue Flame Publications, a platform for storytelling and legacy building. Soulstainable Living also includes Soulstainable Littles, a youth initiative focused on joy, literacy, and cultural pride.

Dr. Graham is the author of The Black Healing Project Workbook (2025) and a lifelong writer and artist whose work spans poetry, nonfiction, theater, and performance. She is a produced playwright, spoken word poet, and former newspaper columnist, magazine editor, and radio host. Her artistic work consistently centers Black voices, ancestral truth, and the power of language to heal and transform.

A sought-after keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and anti-racism educator, Dr. Graham has delivered widely praised talks and trainings across academic, nonprofit, and community spaces. For nearly two decades, she has taught Composition, Literature, and Creative Writing as an English professor, grounding her pedagogy in culturally affirming and justice-oriented practices.
